Obtaining a Conditional Crowdfunding License by Arzesh Afarinan Gholack Company
On May 9, 2025 (20 Ordibehesht 1404), pursuant to letter No. 1014885/04/5, Arzesh Afarinan Gholack Company received a conditional operating license in the field of crowdfunding from the Crowdfunding Evaluation Committee affiliated with the High Council of the Stock Exchange.
This license was issued following the 111th session of the Evaluation Committee, during which the company’s application was reviewed and approved through the National Licensing Portal.
With the issuance of this license, Arzesh Afarinan Gholack is now recognized as an official participant in Iran’s crowdfunding ecosystem, providing a legal and professional platform to support the financing of startups, innovative projects, and development initiatives.
