The GholackCrowd crowdfunding platform, operated by Arzesh Afarinan Gholack Company, has officially received its operating license from Iran Fara Bourse (IFB) to provide financial mobilization services for projects, ideas, and small businesses.
According to IFB’s Public Relations Department, during the plaque awarding ceremony for newly licensed crowdfunding platforms held on August 11, 2025 (21 Mordad 1404), Asghar Gapaleh, CEO of Arzesh Afarinan Gholack, announced that the GholackCrowd platform had obtained its license from Iran Fara Bourse and successfully launched its first in-house crowdfunding project.
Gapaleh emphasized that Arzesh Afarinan Gholack operates under the umbrella of Tabiat Makan Industrial Group, a well-established industrial conglomerate with over 50 years of history, comprising 11 active and diverse holdings in various sectors.
He added that, with the support of its major shareholders, the Gholack Financial Group has been established to expand activities in the field of industrial crowdfunding, aiming to assist manufacturers and industrial enterprises in accessing financial resources.
The CEO expressed hope that, leveraging the group’s extensive industrial experience, this initiative will open a new pathway in financing through crowdfunding, enabling small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to overcome challenges related to working capital financing and gain access to more efficient funding solutions.
